Hi, I work on technics cd player model slp102,

THE PROBLEM IS....... NO SPINDLE ROTATION....
The laser lens work ok, do the focus search, but no spindle rotation.
I checked spindle motor , the motor is ok, but no voltage go at pin + .
I changed an8377 ic close the spindle, but no effect.
I checked the voltage on this ic , it look ok.
I have no service manual.... for better check, SO do you have an idea?
